The Hillties turn life’s highs and heartaches into something deeply human on “Feel It”

The Hillties' new single, "Feel It," is a song born of a world of change, uncertainty, and personal reflection. The band doesn’t offer easy answers, but it does offer the feeling that unites us all, with a release born of love and loss. It is a reminder that some of the most meaningful moments of our creative lives come from experiences that challenge us, shape us, and help us know ourselves better.

Rhythm guitarist Craig Beauchamp says the song came out of a period when the realities of life were very much on their minds. Writing it became about love and loss, the emotional backbone of the song. The band, through their own experiences, could find a way into something so much bigger than their own stories. A song that goes beyond biography and hits the larger emotions that we all share.

The track is special because of the fragility that is open to holding onto the connection. The idea is that through music, you can personalize your own memories. Whether it’s thinking about relationships, transitions, or moments of growth, the track makes room for those feelings to be felt truthfully. The complexity of being human, but enough open to bring people into the experience.
