Big Jon opens up a limitless world on "Cosmos," one powered by traps that turn ambition, speed, and imagination into one assured ride. The song starts with an order to accelerate and go into space, and the character isn't going to decelerate. The song has a sense of playful adventure with the concept of going places beyond what is known. Looking at the stars with his rocket girl adds another colorful touch to the journey.
The lush trap synths provide the track's trap foundation and create a fitting backdrop for Big Jon's larger-than-life outlook. His world is one in which the rules are different, the destination keeps rising, and Mars is in sight. A common theme in writing about space, flight, and personal control: you get a real sense of someone who has believed in his own direction.
"Cosmos" really is about taking charge of your planet, and moving on from there, without looking back. Big Jon has made a track that feels all about movement and momentum, with space themes, self-belief, and a playful attitude. It's an audacious invitation into his world, where the universe isn't simply distant, but a home he knows.
