British pop-punk trio Slackrr have returned with "Over & Over," a new track that turns the frustration of being talked about, doubted, or deliberately brought down into something more empowering. Made up of Scotty on vocals and guitar, Cait on bass, and Louis on drums, the band channels a familiar experience into a song about resilience, self-belief, and the people who help us find our footing again.
"Over & Over" was written by Caitlyn Leigh Bowyer and Scott Andrew Perry in early 2024 and is one of the first songs written for Slackrr's forthcoming album, which will be released via SBAM Records. Produced by Adam Cox and Scotty Perry, the track has a direct emotional focus that makes the subject matter immediately relatable.
"Over & Over" is about how negative comments from others can damage our confidence and mental health.
