Los Angeles alt-rock duo Plastic Rhino breathes unexpected energy into a haunting chapter of history on new song, "I Rise." The duo consists of Atara Glazer on vocals and Jack Glazer on guitar and bass, who turn a story of tragedy, power, and survival into a song that refuses to stay in the background.
